Good budget system, no monthly fee, works well, clear crisp images.. much better than ring
Simple and easy to set up. You can add an additional HDD to expand the storage and use its full capabilities. Cameras are great quality. The cameras are power only Hardwired, the actual video / audio is on a private wireless network. You can add cameras to the home hub. So far the AI enhancement features are working well and this is by a mile better than my old ring stuff! I have the door bell from eufy and it's compatible with this system. Local storage is great and no monthly fee is even better! This is a domestic high quality system that works well for passive cctv, like not using / monitoring it from your phone 24/7 it records all the time but it’s a budget system. High end for a home but I’d think it wouldn’t be so good on larger house, after a typical 4/5 bed I’d be getting a wired system using Ethernet. Great for small properties unless they expand the range.

Good watch
Excellent product, easy to set up, good technology, fixing and positioning very well designed for adjusting. Linkage with phone and mobile device very clear with spotlight, alarm and ability to talk to visitor or intruder!!

Very average App & Homebase unreliable
Cameras are actually excellent but app is more an opportunity to sell you the latest from eufy which is just annoying. Also even with the Homebase and storage, when you open the app you don’t see a live view. You have to press play on the camera view to see the live stream. That’s just annoying compared to Google cameras for example. Homebase failed to recognise additional storage and support back and forth for a month with no resolution. Update the firmware, change the drive. Ultimately poor customer service and so returning the whole thing.

Brilliant product
The cam quality and features are amazing and best part no subscription. Very easy to pair and install. The video quality is superb in day and night. You get instant notification (2 seconds delay as expected) when someone is in the came set zone. The AI works well and knows all my family members. The flash light and alert siren is a good addition to the product and works as a deterrent. It works well with my existing eufy door bell (2nd generation). The AI is picking up the washing line as human detection. The company said it’s a work in progress and will be fixed. It’s been improved a lot since I have provided them short clips and I was refunded 10% of the cost. Eufy customer service is brilliant they do listen and provide support instantly. One draw back the base does not come with a hard drive. Luckily I found a pre loved 1T for £18. I will definitely prefer it over the Ring came, worth the price and peace of mind.

Stopped Working - Customer Service
Had the camera installed for less than 6-months, excellent camera however suddenly stopped working, let’s see how good customer services is and honouring the warranty period. **Update 07-Mar-25** following this review on the 22-Feb, the supplier made contact with me, the problem encountered was shared and a replacement camera was dispatched and this was received 07-Mar. The rating has been increased accordingly, the cameras and the customer service deserve the full 5 stars.

Great quality but unreliable export options at the moment
The quality is great as is the night vision, however retrieval of footage is problematic at the moment. Anker have taken steps to improve my experience which I really appreciate which means I’m happy to wait while the teething issues are ironed out. There are three options to download footage: -You record in the app which can only be done in realtime whilst watching it and allows you to start during continuous recording but if you play through an event you have to wait for it to finish before it will allow you to stop it. One of my cameras then just saves the bit up to the event and no more, the others save all that’s been recorded. -You can save an event, this one works well. -You can use the archive feature to export longer periods; this looks like it’s working but silently fails and doesn’t export all of the footage in my experience. I do have 4 cameras though so maybe that’s part of the issue I’ve had 3 months of problematic support trying to resolve the issues, where I’ve been repeating information as they keep ignoring what I’m saying. During which time the footage I was trying to export was lost, so I’ve not been able to provide it to the police. There are feature that I do appreciate such as the person, pet and motion detection. It does occasionally identify my static car as a person but that aside it is normally reasonably good. I was also able to integrate it into Home Assistant and use is as a binary motion sensor for my smart lights. Once the recording issues are ironed out it will be a very good system, as it stands it’s rather limited though. I was hoping to buy more cameras but until the recording issue is fixed I will hold off

One of the easiest and best systems
Reasonable price. Expandable, User friendly. I’ve had some systems that compared to this Eufy System. Have been so stressful and expensive. The Eufy is just so easy to set up from a phone or iPad. Some of the cameras record 24/7. The Home base 3 can have a drive fitted. Is easy to download events or even record to your phone from the live view and playback. The app is excellent and full of tips and tricks. And loads of information. It also has a loyalty system and you can buy direct from Eufy app. However always check Amazon as both the app and Amazon have different offers on different weeks. The door bell camera works very well. 2 way calling between camera and phone at home or away. Connection is brilliant ( depending on phones signal)

Good idea but don't seem 'professional'
Cameras are good quality and easy to install, I brought to purely use with 24hr coverage after installing 4tb hard drive, every day I'm getting hours lost on my recording and tried to use technical advice via phone (which doesn't connect in the uk) and via chat which disconnects after waiting 15/30 minutes.. signal says great every time I check but unable to see why I'm loosing recording constantly. After sending a email asking for someone to call me, they told me to ring their line that doesn't connect..
