My shipment has been delayed 6x and neither Grohe nor Amazon offer any help at all - just a simple "wait longer" message. Save yourself the trouble and order from a better supplier.

Half the products I received for our shower from Grohe were made out of plastic not metal.

The nickel color is off and doesn't match any of the other Grohe nickel finishes. It's much closer to chrome. I thought they sent me the wrong part at first, but it is labelled correctly.
