I ordered this in beige, but received black. We kept it because it matched some other items my mother had, but still cause to dock a star.Functionality wise, it fits a lot if necklaces, and is a good size. It probably wouldn't fit chunky costume jewelry well, but fits regular necklaces fine. No issues with tangling!

I returned this jewelry box, I was disappointed with the overall quality. I bought it based on the impressive description! The lid seems made of light weight plexiglass, the wire loops at the top that hold the necklaces are flimsy and not secure, I expect they will break off with minimal use. Also, the interior lining is cheap, like covered cardboard. Although the price was reasonable, I wanted a jewelry case that is better made to last, so I’ll keep looking.
