Its very good, but Mute is working only for Mobiles, not Lync. If it is for Mobile - go for it If it is for a conference call & if you are not gonna mute at all go for it But If you want for Conference calls with Mute option, we may think that we can mute in the Skype itself right? If you do, and if you unmute it, the opp person cannot hear you. You have to dropoff the meeting and rejoin. So, think wisely, the product is good, sound is good, the price is ok compared to other speakers. I liked it, but I am returning it, as mute option is my high priority

Great product

I purchase this product for my conference room but from day one there was issue to Blue tooth connect. tried to call helpdesk but no response. decided that we should buy wired one. this is not right fit for Windows and mac pc. for mac it got connected but everytime you need to setup Blue tooth. Since its not easy to use, I will not recommend it to buy for office purpose.
