Nice bench took about 20 mins to assemble! Very clear instruction's. Solid for just having one bar on the back rest, both part's of the bench are adjustable. There is a 2” space between the seat and back rest of the bench. Two wheels on the back to roll it around with a handle in the front. Worth the price!

I changed my work schedule and had to change my workout schedule with it. This bench was very affordable and offers all the adjustability I could possibly ask for. Is it all sturdy as one of the heavyweight benches at the gym, but it also only costs a fraction of the price. The pull button makes it easy the adjust, and it seems very secure. Assembly was easy, and the rollers make it easy to move around. It doesn't fold up like others, but I simply lean it against the wall. I'm happy I got it!

I wanted to wait a few weeks before rating this bench. So far this bench has been great for only $55!!! I weigh 280lbs and I lift 335lbs regularly and the bench makes some noise, but it doesn’t wobble or shake or anything. It’s definitely a quality bench and can hold up with big weights on it. I’m also 6’3 and the bench fits perfectly and I feel secure on it. If you’re thinking about making this purchase stop. It’s a no brainer. Go ahead and buy it and enjoy pumping iron from the comfort of your own home.

It's exactly what I needed. I ordered a cheaper bench last year, and as I got stronger it was time to upgrade. I just used my new one for the first time. And it's great for my current level. Im in the 275-315 pound range on the bench press and it feels very sturdy. Im confident it will take me to a 500 pound bench and beyond.

Overall, it's a great bench for the price, its sill a little wobbly when you're laying it down but it still supports the weight just fine.

I'm 6'2 and almost 300lbs, bench fits great. Assembly was a puzzle but looks pretty good.
