I read reviews, I contacted a friend who owns a propane company, I thought I was making an informed decision. But, this has been the worst buying experience I have ever had with Amazon. First, the oven was supposed to arrive by Nov 4 and didn't show up on time. Then, after I got it installed, it failed to ignite. Literally, you turn the know to turn it on and gas comes pouring out and no flame. So, I had my installation company submit a ticket to Cosmo. That was 2 WEEKS AGO AND NOT ONE WORD. In the meantime, I have come home to find my teenagers trying to light it manually with a Bic lighter so they could have a pizza after school. The thing is a death trap. I contacted Amazon to return it and was told I had to contact Cosmo which I have now done - again. All I want is my $1600 back and a working oven. This thing was supposed to be commercial grade. Ridiculous.In addition, this is not mentioned in any review I read, but the oven (once I get it lit with a grill lighter) cooks things in about half the time allotted. So, you have to watch everything very closely. Forget baking anything. It's scorched on the outside and raw on the inside. Also, there is no preheat light so it's anybody's guess when the oven is at the right temperature. Plan on buying an internal thermometer to see what the temp really is inside the oven.

I dis like the stove because it looks like its top line but uses old technology . And i beg you not to buy this product off line having problems with product and no one to help with issues even called amazon to help nothing. That's what i get for buy high ticket idem off line. please learn from my mistake.

This is a beautiful stove. Looks like a commercial range. It works well. The only negative is that the oven seems to heat a little unevenly. For the price I would definitely purchase again. I had to contact the seller two years after my purchase because of a problem with one of the knobs. they said they would contact the manufacturer about a replacement knob. The next thing I know one appears in the mail at no charge. Great customer service!

I did not like the delivery being curb side. This was not disclosed until after purchase. As for the range, it's very powerful yet, deceiving. The broiler is built into the oven area and I was expecting it to be in the lower compartment of the range. But, I can't open the lower section at all. I hoping it could be used as storage since it's not a broiler. All-in-all, I have to say, I am satisfied with my range:).

This range offers ample cooking power for all my needs. The weight was easier to handle to bring it up the stairs than other brands.I highly recommend it without spending luxury appliance brand prices.A great value for the price.

Works great and looks good in my new kitchen

Initial stove delivered from Cosmo had issues with oven staying on. They made it good with a replacement stove and works wonderfully well now! Good product , great pricing!

This is an excellent stove! Received great communication from the company. They were very helpful. The stove is easy to use and manage.I highly recommend this stove.
