Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Grand Shell, 8 Ounce

I was actually very surprised at how good these were. When they arrived I was a little worried they would. E all broken cause the packaging isn’t great. Maybe 2 noodles were broken. Had to cook them longer than normal but that’s ok, they still tasted great.

The shells held up and really tasted great!!!

Arrived in time for my Christmas dinner! One box was great, 2nd box had several broken shells. The packing could have been better since the cost for these was a bit pricey. Tinkyada brand Gluten Free is always a good choice for pasta.

checked item, looked fine, cooked 1/2 box according to directions, every single shell broke into multiple pieces. I tried again with the remaining shells, again same results. I will NEVER order this product again. I wish I could give it ZERO stars.

Tubes are very symmetrical, boil nicely. Packaging delivers very few broken tubes. Expect tasty, edible pasta.

The shells aren’t JUMBO sized but they made for excellent stuffed shells (albeit slightly smaller) very yummy!

You would never know these were gf. Excellent!!!

Flavor is about what you would expect, bland and rather devoid of palatable body. But they do cook through thurougly and accept basic seasoning well. My box was maybe 2/3 full of 'usable' shells, the rest were unfit for use and were discarded. After piecing together what I had cooked and adding that as the cover to the shells that were intact and relatively usable, I was looking at about 60% good condition, of that (being optimistic).The issue I would have had would be if this were for a dinner or celebration with guests, I would NOT have been able to use these shells. I would have been embarrassed to even display them. As it were, the wife and I were able to get 11 stuffed Shells with tops on them, only say 2 or 3 had actual full shells as cover shelles, the rest of the cover shells were literally pieced together. They did crisp in the Air Fryer so that was good, and I will be making this dish again, but may be looking at a different brand for better product that isn't over 1/3 unusable, especially at the prices these shells run. I would estimate there would have been maybe 27 to 30 shells if that in the box, but hard to tell with so many broken chunks.
