Terrific pan; cleans easily (it's just arrived and I've already washed and used it). Cooks evenly and while I can't speak to longevity, I am so happy I picked it up. I roast veg and fish and meats all the time; a lot of times I don't worry about flavors blending; indeed sometimes it's part of the process. But when I want to segregate fish from say, squash, this is perfect. Instead of using foil to sequester an ingredient, there are pre-made wells. Run, don't walk, and give yourself the sheet pan to rule them all. 😘

That someone provided the home 'cook' the option of making more than one item in the oven at a time, without having to dump everything together on a sheet pan. I can start potatoes and meat in their own sections and the mushrooms, onions and vegetables at a later time. Making sheet pan meals is difficult for most busy parents I know - something always seems to burn (due to homework, sports, or life in general).This pan is well made, study and won't burn like sheet pans; it will be perfect for making kabobs and getting good markings on food. I will be getting several more and releasing my sheet pans from double duty.

I use this pan for sheet pan meals. It cooks evenly and quickly. With the three divided sections I can put chicken in one, a vegetable in the next and potatoes and one. The meal comes out great.

This was great idea to make. My only issue is that they need to create a parchment paper baking sheets that are 5 x 11 to fit in each section.I found it very hard to use other size parchment sheets to set in the pan.Also, you must wash this pan by hand. Or the dishwasher will damage it.I hope the company create the parchment paper that fits inside asap!

Wipes clean easily. Very good value for the money. And the compartments save using different pans.

This really helps with items needing different timing and if you need to keep items separate due to flavoring!
