Good Product for the Price.
Product arrived promptly. Bought because of Bluetooth control and 4 modes of sound adjustment. Although it does not need a Bluetooth device, can control directly on hearing aid. Uses standard batteries. Compares fairly well against the higher costing hearing aids on the market. Contacted 3rd party seller, Tools Downunder, regarding spare parts availability. Received a quick and satisfying reply. Product received recently so durability is unknown at this time. No defects noted.

Hearing Amplifier Design and Performance are Excellent
I am very much pleased with the design and performance of the amplifier and the convenience of Bluetooth control. Prompt customer service in resolving questions was also appreciated.

Bluetooth control for easy control
This unit works really well with my hearing problem. What I like the best is being able to Bluetooth with my phone. So easy to use my phone to adjust the modes and volume.

Instructions are easy to understand
Hearing device does exactly what was promised . Instructions are easy to understand. Seller replies promptly when contacted. I would buy again !

Worthless and too expenssive
I returned the item back to seller during shipment due to lack of interest for bluetooth non working for phone ir music for such a high price

This product does not transmit audio over bluetooth.
Just allows you to control the device with bluetooth using an app. So it is NOT a bluetooth hearing aid.
