Works as it should for its size! Runs games decently. Obviously if you want the highest quality possible and want to play games like say, persona or ark this PC will not survive! Quality for games like wuwa or genshin is almost similar to an iPhone but just on a computer screen with a few PC only effects as a difference. I’d say, this PC is just good for simple games and to boot up for your computer if you need something to study with not anything insanely heavy duty because the lag will be real. It’s quite quiet and even when the fans to whirl it’s nothing so loud that it’s annoying. You’ve gotta really put your ear next to it to really hear it. If you’re trying to save money yet still want to play high end games, I’d say just save up for a decent large pc build or just get a PS5. But if you just want a pc that can turn on your computer and work smoothly, it’s great. And before someone reads this and thinks “well, duh?” I’ve see a lot of YouTube reviews almost pushing it out as a high end gaming PC. Though it does a decent job, you’re not going to get ultra giga graphics. Barley heats up though even when I am playing the more higher quality games. It really only feels a tad warm then cools itself down. The small compact size is very neat. Easily hideable on a small desk.

This is a nice inexpensive mini PC. I bought it to drive 3 monitors (2 HDMI, 1 USB-C) while logged in remotely to another PC. The CPU, RAM and storage are overkill for this application. The built-in wifi is more capable than my routers, and the ethernet port works fine on my gig network. The PC is generally pretty quiet, and the fan sound is mellow and inoffensive even under high loads. Geekom has a reputation for making a good-quality mini PC, and this one is no exception. Good expandability for storage and RAM. Nicely designed case. Everything works, and they have a web site with the latest drivers and Windows reinstall images available if needed. Would definitely buy it again.

A very solid computer for such a small package, and great price. It is easy to set up, with onscreen instructions guiding you every step after pushing the power button. It is super quiet, performs very well, and has plenty of ports for anything I might need to use. My Geekom is never any warmer than any other item on my desk, either.

The product came super well packaged and with the cables necessary to have it up and running. One thing that I would have liked to remember beforehand is that you need, at the very least, a wired mouse for initial set up (I only have a bluetooth one, but thankfully my auntie an old one lying around!). The mini PC is surprisingly quiet, super fast to boot, and is super responsive. It doesn't heat up very much, which surprised me as well. My only gripe with it is that I've had quite a few issues with its Bluetooth connectivity. I had to restart it a few times because it just wouldn't recognize my keyboard and/or my headphones, even though it was already all set up. I've been using it for everything: work, personal life, and gaming! It's important to notice that I mostly play either retro or indie games, so nothing AAA. All games run smoothly without lag. I also play The Sims 4 with a bunch of packs and loads of CC installed (+200gb of DLCs and CCs), graphics on high, and it holds up pretty well. I have Rainmeter, Wallpaper Engine and a small productivity game like Mini Cozy Room or Tiny Pasture running at all times while I work and the PC never stutters. I travel a lot and even though a laptop would be the obvious choice, I haven't quite found one that's within my budget that runs the games I want to play, so this little guy with a small keyboard and portable screen is it for me now.

Bought this for my Mother-in-law to replace her very old all-in-one PC. These mini pc's have really become an affordable space saving option in recent years. Key things to know: > Easy setup > Performance - With 16GB of RAM, it has plenty of speed for her and her husband for web surfing, playing music, office software on Windows 11. She's not a gamer, lol, so I can't speak to that. My guess it that you'll probably need to level up to a pricier model for fast-twitch gaming. > Not a huge number of USB ports in this price-range, but hubs are petty cheap if more connections are needed.

product support appears to not exist. the only reason i purchased it was because it had u.s. based support. tried the site because internal bluetooth adapter stopped working. drivers on geekom support page did not work and when i clicked on download drivers ..it took me to a site that tried to sell me a driver updates for a yearly price even though they sold me a three-year warranty. i got no response from leaving voice mails or emails and when i read click on chat at the bottom of the page ...guess what...there wasn't one. Luckily amazon offered to refund Thank God for Amazon

The A5 Mini Pc is excellent! What I want to really say is how good Geekom have been over a minor issue with the Bluetooth not working. I approached them about taking it to a local I.T. place and they agreed! To place such trust in a customer they know nothing about and an I.T. business they have never heard of is SO refreshing. Thanks so much to whoever had the open mindedness to do this. You deserve 5 stars just for that!!

time will tell if it is durable which is very important to me but so far the product is exactly what you pay for....high-end of is kind, fast and powerful about 1 hour 30 min to install windows and ready to go

La mini GEEKOM PC A7 FUE recivida apenas el 20 de enero. Todo habia funcionado bien en sus primerios dias de uso a exepcion de que en estos dias en 3 ocaciones dos usando un juego (mirage de UBISOFT) de pronto se apaga la pantalla, la mini se resetea (Pantalla Azul) y me manda al bios, en dos ocaciones pude recuperar el windows, pero en la tercera ocacion ya no he podido recuperlo (el windows), me manda que intodusca una clave de recuperacion, la introdusco, se reinicia pero no entra el windows y me regresa al mismo punto de introduccion de la clave, ya hice el intento muchas veces y me vuelve a regresar a la misma pantalla diciendfo que la xcorrecion autoimatica fallo. Ya he usado las opcionres que me da la pantalla de reinicio de correcion automatica, pero todo es inutil no puedo recuperar el Windos. Me puse en contacto con el servio tecnico de GEEKOM desde el dia 30 de enero, y no me conrestaron hasta despues de 7 dias ( el 6 de febrero) . Como no tube contestacuion el plazo de dervolucion estaba cercano, opte por debolver lka mini el dia 5 de febrero. LO QUE QUIREO ES UN REEMPLAZO

Worked fine for 4 month. Crashed installing a Windows update. Windows automatic repair failed, recover commands didn’t solve the problem. PC reset through new Windows 11 installation with the local OS included in the pc failed. Looks like the PC could be the source of the problem… but Geekom Support does not answer my request for support… they are closed for one week (Chinese New Year). For a 1k$ PC, I was expecting more than a 4 month reliability. For the tech support… disapointing to be left without it for a long holiday. ******March 6th update****** After a lot of troubleshooting, my Geekom G7 is not responsible for my problems. Everything is fine with it. I think I encountered a Windows 11 24H2 update issue… like many others users if i rely on all the different Windows blogs i followed. I got excellent support from Geekom (Web site and customer tech support online).
