Very supportive for lower back.
This brace provides great lower back support.I have degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis. Could barely work in the yard for any length of time without debilitating back pain. This brace is so supportive that now I can work in the yard and not have severe back pain later that day. It is a little cumbersome to wear. However, it’s worth it. I highly recommend for lower back support.

Best lower back support EVER!!
Really great lower back support! This helped so much with my lower back pain and heavy lifting I do!! I feel like it realigned my back how it should be 💕

Very supportive!
Husband says it’s very sturdy and supportive. But could use a bit more padding as it gets really tight and will sometimes poke his side. He loves it though!

comfortable and great support brace
This back brace is fantastic. I fractured my spine a few years ago and the hospital gave me a brace like this one. However, I have gained weight and I wasn't able to use it anymore. I have tried 3 other braces, but they didn't support my back in the areas I needed. This brace fits great, and it supports my lower back and a little of the middle part of my back. I have a short torso. I highly recommend this brace if you are looking for one that you can adjust the tension and supports the lower part of your back. The only problem I have with this brace is that, because I have a short torso it sometimes digs into my mid belly roll only because I am fat lol.

So So but not worth the higher pricing
Good Support but the mesh material did not help at all with breathable type material, once removed my shirts were noticeably wet with sweat. It also slid up my body with the material being a kind of nylon.

The only brace that works
I have a herniated disk and my L2 L3 are narrowing. Threw out my back making the bed (yea something that simple) was miserable for weeks. I borrowed my dads Aspen Corset brace fit by an orthopedic doctor when he had lumbar fractures a few years ago and I noticed the difference immediately. The stability is incredible allowing my back to heal within a few days. Got me thinking to get one for myself called his doctor's office was told it would cost $1300 and requires a prescription so another $250 for the visit. So I compared the Aspen brace to this one, visually, the back lumbar corset MUST BE AS TALL and it is!! Feels just like the Aspen brace in the back except the front is less bulky more comfortable and can be warn under clothes. The pully system is an absolute game changer!!! I took one star off because the corset string could be thicker like the expensive Aspen medical brace but for the price I cant really complain so I'll come back and upgrade to five stars if the string holds up. OVERALL JUST THRILLED to have this product and it's priced right. The only warning I would give is your back literally does nothing while wearing this brace both my doctor and physical therapist told me not to wear it indefinitely because over time it will make my back weaker. Please follow your Doctor or Physical therapist advice I am on an exercise routine hoping I won't need it for much longer. Good luck! UPDATE to five stars the strings have held up to repeated use. The best brace on the market stop buying the cheaper velcro ones you deserve the one and only brace you'll ever need. UPDATE ONE YEAR strings have held up and I've lent the brace to my fiance who is larger around the waist.

It took me a while to figure out the directions, but, WOW~.....
Once I figured out the directions on how to put it together and use it, what a surprise! I have both scoliosis and spinal stenosis, which cause me a lOT of pain. I am 83 years old, and still do all our yardwork, as well as pool maintenace. Once put on, I pulled the added straps on the side. I have never had anything that would give me the support I needed. Once I pulled those two straps, as tight as I could, I heard a "POP". It was from my lower back. The pain was gone!!! I guess I should have marked out where the spinal pain was located, but, now, I know I do NOT need the "laminectomy" my now EX spine doc advised. I have been all day without wearing it, and have no pain. What a wonderful product!!!

Great but warning for those with long torso
Comfortable, and fits well under clothes without being too bulky as you can see from the photos. I am wearing this during activities to keep me immobilized from certain movements and help my posture, as I had an L4-L5 micro discectomy a month ago and I’m on movement restrictions for three months. It is great in the back, but the back panel is about 2 inches longer one at the top one at the bottom. The band doesn’t have those extra inches in the front so the band rides up, which is not great for those with a long torso. The adjustable band is excellent, will fit a lot of different shapes and sizes. I’m just under 5’9” and buy tall clothes too for this exact reason things are too short like this band. I have switched to another brace for most of the day one that has much more torso coverageI wear this when I walk for exercise and drive or other things that require me to have a little more restriction and firmness in the back. Would still recommend this but note this limitation for those with long torsos who may need a second brace with longer boning.
