I really prefer this derma stamp over derma rollers. By using this product I have far more control over how the needles interact with my scalp. Using derma rollers cause far more damage and even rip out hairs so I recommend using this instead. I usually use this at a depth of 1-1.5 mm once every two weeks. After each use I clean with strong alcohol then rince thoroughly with water. I use it item to promote hair growth. I've seen a huge amount of improvement since using this product along with having a hair transplant and using minoxidil and Finasteride.
