Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel Alliant Power Fuel Injector O-ring Kit(incl 8 kits)

All original parts. No leaks

Had to replace seals in my practically new injectors after my oil rail nipple cups failed. So far I’m still running.

Personally I recomen to change the injector instead of rebuilding them. For my own experience. But if you want to try rebuilding them this is the only one o rings that I recommend. I tried to different sets of cheap o rings that I got on eBay and in here for a 1/3 of the price of this but a lot of more problems. I have to do the same job like 10 times hoping that was just a defective o ring and remplacing it with another one of the same pack. Ending finishing all 8 in just 4 injectors and they all fail couple miles after letting me with a no start hot or cold. .this having working for 3 hundred miles and no problems

These worked perfectly and Seemed to be good quality. I had a leek in my HPOP and found it to be in the oil rail seals at the top of the injectors. Causing a no start when hot. I resealed all of my injectors with this kit and it fixed the problem. Been up and running for a week now with no problems.
