I am loving these. I write a lot at work and the fat pens make it way easier on my carpal tunnel.

As advertised. Helps my arthritic hands to write. Quality seems good. Plenty of refills, which is good because a regular ink pen refill probably won't fit.

Loving these! They came with both blue and black ink refills and I expect them to last me a long time. They are so comfortable to write with as I'm experiencing arthritis in my hands.

I love the size of pen much easier to write with related to PD

I write continually with theses pens, 4-5 hours a day, 5-6 days per week. A pen refill usually lasts me approximately 1 day, on the average, namely 4-5 hours of constant writing. Hence, the reason I purchased 6 packages of 24 refills in my last order. I have ordered these multiple times because I can write non-stop with them because the large size does not seem to tire my hand and fingers easily. With that being said, you may wonder about my 3 stars. In the past I had an occasional refill or two fizzle out on me and not go the distance I had come to expect. However, this most recent order has been inundated with refills that are (1) not gliding as easily and flawlessly as I’m used to with this product, (2) skipping parts of letters and refusing to even fill in the gaps with the same pen, and lastly (3) the refills are not lasting even one day (5 hours) of writing before dying and needing a new refil. I’ve set aside those that are giving me difficulty and if the amount keeps increasing I may be sending some back for a replacement. I’m hopeful that the next batch I receive is of the quality I’m used to expecting from this product and manufacturer.

I purchased these pens to assist with my writing due to my Parkinson's condition. The larger size is intended to improve usability, and they generally worked well for that purpose. However, both pens broke after minimal use—one immediately and the second after just one use. I only used the second pen to write names on a gift tag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pen.

Good tool for writing intervention

Really helps minimize my hand and wrist pain when I need to do a lot of writing.

Not exactly comfortable to use but nothing is anymore.
