Great product working for me :)
I have been taking these to help with the withdrawal from my sertraline (zoloft) and they have really helped me given me a little boost and lifted my mood. Great product in my opinion and they start working within the hour you can feel it working!!! :)

I have taken many brands of this product and this is by far the best yet nice high strengh and do's what is says. I am really impressed with these tablets. I noticed from the first day of using them that I had far more energy than normal and didn't feel so tired and lethargic. Because I feel less tired, I am more able to do things and I think the increase in energy has also helped lift my mood and made me feel more positive. I bought this to counteract the monthly blues I was suddenly getting, I didn't realise it would also help my sleep - pretty much after the first day I woke up far more refreshed than normal, and the packet says it is a slimming aid which I was unaware of, only week one but I'm snacking noticeably less so it looks like that will be another pleasant side affect in the longer term.

Had this awhile as spare ready for when I ran out, different from the last brand but these are good value and high strength. Work well and I recommend these to anyone that want to try a more natural approach to balancing their mood.

Once I cut down to one at a time and ate (as it suggest) it was fine.
Arrived quickly, seem to lift mood....one thing I would suggest is don't take two at the same time, especially not on an empty stomach. I did it this for a few days and felt sick. Once I cut down to one at a time and ate (as it suggest) it was fine.

These tablets do what they say on the tin. I suffer from SAD and have been know to be quite an anxious person. After a few days of taking these tablets (1 in a morning and 1 before bed) I noticed a big difference in my mood, was much happier in general about situations id usually avoid and slept great. Not 100% sure if it's the tablets or some placebo effect but either way they do the trick!
