Very easy and polite!

I highly recommend purchasing the protection for most all purchases that are electronics. I had an ear bud fall out while working in the shop and it was covered right away and without a ton of trouble. I will certainly purchase this again for all my electronics.

My beats headphones stopped working. I opened a claim on a Tuesday and received an Amazon gift card for my purchase price in less than 24hrs!! Excellent service

Because I did not check before purchasing a small appliance I did not realize that it came with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. I simply bought Asurion at the same time I purchased the appliance assuming I would need the coverage. The coverage would be useless because it begins from the date of a purchase and would expire at the end of 2 years. That meant I paid for something I didn't need since the product already came with a 2-year warranty. It is not easy to obtain a refund for the Asurion purchase since Amazon does not do the refund itself you must email Asurion. That I believe is unfair business practice by Amazon as it should indicate that it is not refundable by Amazon itself.

I bought a pair of renewed PowerBeats on Amazon about 18 months ago. One side was not taking a full charge and after about 30 minutes, cut completely out. I forgot I purchased the Asurion Protection so I went on line, went through the steps and almost immediately, they gave me a full refund for my purchase. I did have to send them the PowerBeats but they paid for the too. Pleasantly surprised!
