Very pleased with the shopper, is saving heavy load on my arms. The only small thing is the Velcro fastening at the bottom of the trolley could do to be either a little longer or more Velcro. Did come adrift on me.

A wheel broke off on my way home from the supermarket, only 3 months after purchase. I tried to somehow balance it on the one wheel that was left, which kind of worked for a while, but then the other wheel also broke off. Had to somehow bring it back home without wheels, which was a nightmare! Absolutely ridiculous qualityUnexpectedly poor quality considering the price. Also, it’s a challenge to keep it upright, you need to keep adjusting the bars at the bottom to keep them in place.The bag is of good size but had already started to rip after only 3 months of use..This was my 2nd attempt to buy a trolley, and I don’t really understand why it’s so difficult to find a good quality and durable item!

nice size bag and trolley . Sturdy construction. Very easy to assemble and folds down nicely. Havent tried it yet but very pleased with look and timely receipt of product

This was one of the cheaper trolley's as only need for a few weeks. This will do for that purpose. But long term I don't think it would hold up well. The wheels are solid plastic, need rubber for comfort and longevity. It seems nice and spacious. There are small holes within the bag, stitching holes, so will eventually become bigger. Will do me for now. But if I was looking for something to last years I would go for the upper price models that come already made up and with rubber wheels. Update - It's been a couple of months now and used several times, the wheel is buckled and will fall off soon.

A shopping trolley is usually associated with the older generation. I'm disabled and my wife does all of our shopping, this little trolley helps much and does have a contemporary look. It is light and has an excellent build quality and is easy to stow away when not in use.

I bought this to help with carrying lots of shopping home , it’s bag is huge and you can get quite a lot of shopping in , just recently I had an incident where the wheel broke off while in use and as I was only using it occasionally I felt it should not have broken ,I contacted the seller to let them know about their product which I think is good feedback as I feel they would look out for it in the future and look to improve it , I was contacted by the seller asking for photos of the damaged wheel , which I sent on email and I am AMAZED at their customer service, professional, polite, efficient ,They offered to send a replacement to me which is fantastic for me as I do use it and love the product, So Thank You Rainberg , Amazing Customer Service it’s 5 Stars all the way for me

After 9 months of weekly use hauling normal amount of grocery, one wheel comes off during shopping and cannot be reattachedThe other one is also broke because the plastic cannot keep the shapeThe wheel plastic is very poor quality and will not last, it simply deforms over time in normal usageAvoid and buy another brand
