Great picture transfer
The mug is just what I expected it to be pictures came out perfectly transferred onto the mug and the captured the writing on it also! Great buy will purchase another in the future

Worked out well for me
I had one made as a gift. I had waited too long and needed to find something that could be made and shipped quicker than other sites. I was definitely apprehensive due to some of the reviews but I didn’t have much choice. It arrived in one piece and came out exactly as I had imagined. I had read some reviews that said the lettering (or images, I can’t remember) was ridiculously small. You have to expand the text box as you’re creating and editing the mug so that it fills up the entire mug space. I found it to be user friendly so I don’t know. I was able to fit 14 words in total (6 on one side and 8 on the other) with no issues. I don’t have a picture as I forgot to take one and already gave it away, but she loves it.
