Anytime I feel a cold coming on, I reach for a couple packets of these a day and never get a full-on cold. First day I wake up with a scratchy throat, I start. It helps shorten the life of the cold if you've started taking it too late. This is the first time I got the immune plus with vitamin D. Good addition. I usually get the raspberry flavor, as it's the only one I've tried that I actually liked. But this came with super orange... it's pretty good too. The regular orange, I tried years ago and it was disgusting. Glad they've changed it.

Emergen-C Immune Plus has been my go-to remedy for years and it works so well. I have always been prone to getting colds and sinus infections. When I first heard about this product, I was skeptical but I have learned that if I use it at the very first sign that I am getting a cold, I either elimate the cold completely or the severity is greatly reduced. The secret is to start at the first sign of the cold even if that means getting out of bed in the middle of the night and drinking it. The directions say to take one a day but I take 1-3 a day depending on how I feel. Since I started using this, I rarely ever get a cold anymore.

The Emergen-C Immune Plus in the raspberry flavor has been impossible to find at a reasonable price this year. I had no idea until this month, as our box of Emergen-C from last winter finally ran out. So I was astounded to see all the high prices on such a good product! Well, this multi-box was a decent find. While the Super Orange is tart enough to peel the paint off the walls (at least that's what it feels like it tastes like), I can mix one of each flavor together and then it's not too bad. Either way... what's really important: the date on all of ours is spring 2022! So happy to have a good expiration date.

I travel quite often for business and personal and most often it is by airlines and constantly exposed to new viruses and germs.
