I bought three batteries and the 6.5 kw inverter. It seems like a decent product but there is no support. The instructions were not even for what I bought. I’ve called and emailed but no one there to answer the phone. Mail box is full also.I would consider buying from someone else. Before you buy anything, call first to see if anyone even answers.Update….. after I was able to contact them, they were very helpful. They answered all of my questions. Turns out, one of my batteries is bad. They provided a return shipping label and I should get a replacement battery in a couple of weeks.All in all, I changed my stars from two to five based on the support after talking with them.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is a bit difficult to set up and understand, but you can call them and they will guide you through, so far it hasn’t let me down, the only thing I would improve is having the ability to deactivate the bypass function and just charge the battery without passing the load of the house to the generator/grid. In my case I don’t have power service, and I use a generator during the night, and because that’s how generators are, the power is unstable, because while bypassing, the batteries wont stabilize your power and the energy goes straight from the generator to the house.Also the equipment is totally unable to determine the right battery level but thats okay since I have an unknown battery brand from sone random amazon seller. im planning on buying their batteries next.
