ASURION 2 Year Headphones Protection Plan ($30 - $39.99)

I would insure any future purchases of higher value with Asurion, because they stand behind what they market. Both times I had issues with the insured purchases they helped me out and no hassle.

Process was so easy. Absolutely worth the extra few bucks. Spent $5 to cover a set of Beats headphones that were purchased for $40. The headphones died after a year and a half and we received an amazon gift card to cover the entire cost of the original purchase. Everything was done online and I never even had to talk to a customer service person.

This headphones are just what my son needed for his University/Computer work. I recommend the protection plan.

When my earbuds stopped charging after the return window had lapsed, Asurion made it right by refunding the full amount so I could buy a new set.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They were quick to reply and the issue was resolved as soon as I had the product in the mail. The money was added to my Amazon account and we were able to purchase another product within the week.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it was the best earphones for me. Unfortunately, they did not last for too long. They don’t work at all. I need a replacement.
