These pillows are very comfortable and supportive. They keep their shape well and provide great neck and head support throughout the night. The material feels soft and high quality, and they helped improve my sleep. I wake up without neck pain and feel well rested. Definitely worth it.

Was in search of something that felt like sleeping on the MyPillow but without the Nazi business stuff. Happy to report this pillow is fantastic and Nazi business free. It’s comfortable and the pillow cases that are included are so soft and cooling. Love the design. Neck support is amazing.

This is literally the BEST pillow I've ever slept on! It is SO COMFORTABLE, and I can't believe it was $40 for TWO PILLOWS! I slept on a similar, much more expensive name-brand pillow at my friend's house and thought, "I just HAVE to have this pillow!" When I found this one on Amazon for just $20 a pillow, I was so stoked! However, I was turned off by the "paint-like smell" when I slept on it right out of the box the first night. (I was too impatient to try it out!) Do NOT buy this pillow if you're in a hurry, because to get the paint smell to go away, you MUST follow these instructions: 1. Take the pillow out of its case and wash the case. 2. Leave the case off for TWO WEEKS (yes, you heard right!) to let the pillow out-gas. After waiting for two weeks, the smell will be GONE! Yes, I know it's a long time to wait, but it's WORTH IT! As far as the firmness of the pillow is concerned, I took about five big handfuls of the stuffing out and put it in a ZipLoc bag, but my husband liked the pillow as-is. I personally didn't want it so stuffed and wanted a bit "softer" feeling. I also sleep on my stomach sometimes, so taking out five handfuls of stuffing was perfect. I LOVE MY NEW PILLOW! (One thing I wish, however, is that the pillow came in a standard size. My husband and I have queen-size pillow cases, but our kids have standard-size pillow cases. Darn! I want THEM to have a chance to have such a comfy and inexpensive pillow too!)

These have been the best pillows that I've owned so far. I purchased 2 King-size pillows, and disposed of the 4 flat queen-size pillows I had. These pillows are more firm though than the pillows in the hotels I've been to and the hotel pillows were just as thick. I do sleep more comfortable. I give them four stars because I do not feel that cooling effect that is advertised that I need and had hoped for. I don't know if it's because I have a pillow case on it or not. They are very full & fluffy, and you can remove the foam to adjust it to your liking. I definitely recommend you give these pillows a try.

Amazing pillow!! Let it out for a day and the odor went away. It’s the perfect balance of not too firm not too soft, and my neck feels very supported! The cool side actually feels cool, and it’s very fluffy and not flat at all. It seems true to size, and I didn’t expected it to be so full. Zipper quality is average, you just have to be careful zipping and unzipping. Wash care instructions say to remove the outer cover and machine wash and it seems simple. I have not washed it yet so that is TBD. Overall would highly recommend. I’m trying to upgrade my room and sleep and this is definitely going to help!!

These have to be the best pillows I've ever used they are super fluffy it is quite a job to get them in the pillowcase lol but very comfortable one side is cooling one side has the bamboo stuff on it to be extra soft. The case on the outside coming off to be able to be washed in your washing machine is super awesome couldn't recommend these anymore and that's not something I do often!

Oh WOW, JUST WOW! Me and my husband are very VERY impressed! Our long search of the perfect pillow is over! We have invested over $2,000 in pillow in the past 12 years. The $250 pillows are not near this grand! The quality is perfect! SOOO COMFORTABLE! FITS A+++. EXCELLENT SUPPORT! Never goes flat! I had to take 2 handfuls out for the perfect sleep. My husband doesn't have to it's perfect as it came out of the box. Other reviews noted a smell. Well the company had to have fixed that issue because there was no smell whatsoever! WAY TO GO LOVE ATTITUDE! A+++++

It does stay cool, as lest more than my other pillow that had worn out. I didnt see that it appears to be a Bamboo pillow, missed that one. I have to admit when i woke up in the am and two days later, stiff neck and shoulders.....i read a review that it was soft.....compared too what?? not exactly excited w/ it....

**update!** The past few nights I found them a little too firm and I was almost going to return. But then I looked online at the reviews and people said you can unzip the pillow and remove as much or as little of the stuffing as you want. I did two large handfuls each and I am SOOO I leaned that. They are perfect now so I love that u can customize it. This is THE pillow.. If it is as a girl it would be the IT girl in school 💅🏻 I had lumpy pillows for so long so I said enough is enough! I ordered there because I love how the memory foam isn’t solid (I find those way too firm) and this one puffs up and it’s so comfortable! The cooling side works amazing and they are so soft! I ordered silk pillow cases to go with them & I had to best sleep lastnight, you can tell the quality will hold up too!

My only concern was that there might not be enough filling to create the support that I wanted. Long story short, once these pillows expand to full potential, It's like laying on a firm balloon. It's comfortable, but it'll keeps your head up too high, causing too much of a bend/kink in your neck, especially if you sleep on your back. But not to worry, you can adjust it to perfection by removing just the right amount of filling. As for the cooling side of the pillow, I can't comment as I haven't really paid much attention to it. Maybe during the summer months I'll have incentive to. Then again, I didn't purchase them for that reason. I just wanted adequate support, and support I certainly received. In closing, if you don't mind taking the time to adjust/experiment, then you should end up with a near perfect pillow. On the other hand, if you want a pillow that is perfect out of the box, unless you have a 50 lbs head, then it's not likely to be the case. Only time will tell as to how well they'll hold up.

Comfy not too stiff not too soft feels like It offers good support, i bought a different brand last time and forgot it at my parents on vacation loved the cold feeling effects and not really getting that sensation with these pillows little dissapointed on that end but either way got some comfier pillows then what i did have!

These pillows are amazing. Great quality. I normally like a very fluffy and squishy pillow I can sink my head into. These are slightly more firm than I was use to but extremely comfortable. I bought these pillows as I have struggled with headaches and since using I have seen a significant decrease in headaches as well!

Very happy with this pillow. It's soft, yet has the support I need. I found most pillows not thick enough, and love how you can adjust how much filling you want inside. I took more from the 2nd and added it to my own pillow. My son got the 2nd pillow. When my daughter needed a new pillow I ordered more. She loves her new pillow.
