Lots of sizes
This are thin, but not too thin. You could probably bend them easily if you tried to, but with normal use they should be fine. I have not tried an electric mixer in these. I would use a sturdier bowl for that.I like the amount of bowls you get. I use them daily with cooking and baking. I like the colors. I think they are a little overpriced for what they are, but not by a lot. Compared with othe options, not a bad deal.
