I bought it for my mother who has back pain Sciatica. This belt is helping her a lot. It fits her properly. It reliefs the pain and gives her very good support to back. It enable her to walk around when she is in pain and give her relief and good support. Good support belt.

Very easy to put on. Comfortable enough. Pain is still there want to come out and ruin my day but this belt is hold it by the face against a wall. How life look different without a pain..

I'm very surprised by this support.It gives great lower back support but I'm not convinced it'll do anything for a herniated disc which is what I have.It squashes everything in and up lol, not sure it lifts pressure off your sciatic nerve.It's got a 5 * because it gives good support and is well made.I'll use it under my clothes as a back support while at work.It's like a weight lifting belt but better fitting, light duty and comfortable.

I have a variety of shop or net bought back supports which I occasionally use for the general lower back support tall people often need at times but also a heavy duty support for occasional uses such as lifting heavy canoes onto car roofs. This support is the best of all of them for real support when needed and also sufficiently comfortable to wear for longer periods instead of a lighter belt so I think I'll be getting rid of my four or so old belts, including my two favorites, and just using this one. This product gets a top recommendation from me - unless you really only need a bit of light support for continuous use when I would suggest a less rigid/supportiive belt as this one would be overkill for that purpose.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered when I was bloated, suffice to say it still fits, but have to use the 2 mini straps to tighten it. This is huge, I took a star off because it didn't come with a manual, and wanted to know which way it should go as there are some indication it should only go one way on the back to the front stoamch area, but which side up. It needs a manual. The carbon fiber splints bend and reflex back to conform to the body natural positions. This is good, better than the metal ones that bend and stay bent or dont' bend.I would go with your size if you get it, cause this thing is huge true to the size as stated on the size chart. The quality and straps are of maximum durability and quality as far as I can see, and it is breathable, it's a top product for sure, i only wish I knew it was so big I would have ordered the XL.Take into account your bloating is only temporary, the XL still would have sufficed either way. Now if I can only figure out which side up it's supposed to be with the wash tag on the left or right hmm... My guess is it doesn't really matter as long as it's secure. It looks like it could be bidirectional angle.
