This is the best edge control gel I've ever used. This works great with my glueless with and my 4c. It doesn't flake yet it shines and it holds which allows for many different styles! Additionally it smells Great! The price is good I plan on using it regularly and I will recommend to friends and family!

It really holds your edges in place. I did notice a little white build up from it but not too much. Pleasant scent and it lasts all day. I have no complaints.

Great lasting hold and while I won’t say it quickly or totally made edges grow, I will say that after 5 months of so of ONLY using this edge control on teen’s hair when she decides to use one, her edges have grown in noticeably after falling out due to braids and the products used often by braiders etc. so I won’t go back to even buying a different brand as long as this formula remains as is!

Yes, I really like the product. It has a really good hold. The only thing is like every other edge control it has a white residue, which the product claimed not to have. It isn't as white as other edge controls but there's still a slight white residue. At first it had a good sheen, like really shiny. Once it dried though it was dim like most edge controls. I used all top brand edge controls and Bask & Lather has a no doubt a superior product in my opinion. I would have givin it a 5, but it still has a hit of white residue, which is common to most edge controls, but without a doubt its a superior product.

Very good product,I tested it out on my edges for the first time and was immediately in love,it smells great like raspberries,and it held my edges for3 days compared to my old one I was using,I’d defiantly buy this again

I like very much, finally a edge control that truly works... It's not heavy, smells great, it's light weight, no white residue after drying.... It's does not leave my edges hard, a dime size is all you need to hold your edges... I have tried many edge control products and nothing seems to work.... I was on the hunt for the perfect edge control. I saw multiple videos of this product on TikTok and decided to give it a try. It does hold my edges down all day. The it has an average size. It is not small. However, it leaves white residue all over my hair and had me looking crazy all day and my hair dirty. I tried multiple approaches to get rid of the residue to no avail. I only recently learned that it is water base and you have to use it with water to get rid of the residue. I was almost out so I have not tried it long enough to determine if the water works or not and I will not risk using my money to get another jar. Overall, the scent is great and the quality is good. I just do not recommend because of the residue that it leaves in my hair.

okay so I tested a little bit of baby hairs on myself and didnt have to use a lot of product BUT from my experience this prduct only holds when you harden and lock it into place with a blow dryer on cool. Right after slicking your baby hairs into the style you want BLOW DRY IT. without the blow dryer your hair MIGHT curl up in 6 mins depending on your hair type...overall product works just needs that extra lock in from cool setting blow dryer👍 Also the product might have a greasy finish depending on how much u use so harden first then carefully wipe that away😃

Don't waste your money buying this edge control.It leaves a horrible white cast and does not lay your edges at all.Very disappointed!!!
