I have never watched this series but bought it as a Christmas gift for my SIL. He loves it. He's a WD fan.

Arrived as described and on time. Digital product code technically expired in 2024 however it was still valid upon entry. One of my favorite series.

The media could not be loaded. This is one of the few BluRay box sets that I genuinely needed to complete my collection of all time favorite TV series. The video and sound quality is excellent. Unlike other incredibly confusing box set bundles (I'm looking at you, House.) the set is very easy to peruse. The disks are all easily accessible and clearly labeled.I checked every disk as soon as the set arrived and confirmed that all of the disks were present and accounted for. (No missing disks or duplicates as a few others had mentioned.) I can also confirm that as of January 29th 2025 the digital redemption access code works just fine. I was able to get immediate access to all 11 seasons digitally via Fandango At Home with no trouble. Overall I am very very pleased with this purchase.

I love me some Walking Dead.Yeah, it had it's ups and downs, but all-in-all this show had a great 11-season run relative to a lot of other shows. This 1-star isn't about the quality of the show, it's for the SERIOUS issues with this "Complete Collection" series set.***The Biggest Problem?***Odds are, your set will be missing discs. I wish I'd read reviews before buying this set, because this was already a reported issue and as of the time of this review it's still an issue in the stock of this set on Amazon.Now, you might get lucky and get one where the set had all its discs inserted correctly. But the one I received was missing 4 discs (S1D1, S4D3, S7D2, and S10D1).Those are bad odds, and other buyers experienced similar missing disc problems.***Additional Issues***- The binding of the set is basically a strip of tape holding a bunch of plastic disc trays together. If you're a fan and expect to be rewatching this a lot, that's going to become an issue.- This Complete Collection isn't even much of an improvement space-wise on the shelf. This thing is massively wide, they clearly did think too hard about a smart way to store the discs and reduce the profile of an 11-Season Series, and the plastic tray system they DID end up using isn't great. Compared to the original Blu-ray cases the individual seasons came in, the trays used in this set are a big step DOWN not up, and considering this set doesn't end up saving much shelf space beyond the original Blu-ray releases, it might not be worth the upgrade.- No New Special Features - Comparing what's on the supposedly "Special Edition" discs in this set, there's nothing to incentivize an upgrade. They're just the original Blu-ray release discs with a new red and black look to make the entire set look uniform, but it's all the same stuff on the discs.- Digital Code for complete collection (via VUDU/Fandango) "expires" on October 17, 2024, so if you're reading this after that date, your code may now be useless. MAYBE - Lionsgate is better than some other studios when it comes to still honoring digital copy codes.So while I someday hope to pick this up, I'm holding off until AMC figures out its production issues.

Haven't really checked out the discs since I only do that when the internet is out. Been using the digital code since it's more convenient than loading up discs.

Received the collection today (3/17/25) and it came in great condition. The digital code worked perfectly with VUDU/Fandango and unlocked the HDX(BluRay) version of the series. All of the discs were there and in order but the binding for the disc trays is weak just like the video review posted by someone else. My medium of choice is digital but it is always nice to have the discs for when the power and internet go out. The digital copy alone is $99 plus tax on VUDU so this is a great deal to get both mediums.
