I love this product! It is the mildest and most effective probiotic I have ever used. I am 72 and have tried a few and it is still the best yet. I have been using it for 25 years. It is effective in settling an upset stomach. It diffuses an allergic reaction to foods. If you're going to eat something heavy or fried it really helps with digestion. I have shortened every bacterial anything I have caught. It increases your good bacteria to help fight sickness. If you should HAVE to take an antibiotic, it will help quickly restore the balance of good bacteria afterwards in your gut. It helps with nausea, flying, driving or boating. Better than Dramamine for me. It's worth every penny you pay for it.

Great probiotics, I’ve been taking them for 10+ years, and my stomach is much happier than it used to be. Side bonus, after you have been taking them for a while they whiten your teeth. I get a lot of compliments about how white my teeth are, from friends, family, and my dentist.

Good price for a good product. Amazon has us spoiled about next day delivery. So when an order takes over a week it seems unreasonable, but it's really not that bad.

So here's the deal... some people need probiotics and some people don't. I, for good or ill, am one of those people that does. I have diverticular disorder (thanks to years of bad habits, not enough water, etc.) and a genetic predisposition to intestinal inflammation (thanks, Dad!) so I'm pretty much on fiber and probiotics from now until the day I die. I avoid costly trips to the doctor by taking fiber and drinking water. But that doesn't curb the discomfort that comes with these issues, nor does it help with the swings of ... well, you know. That's where PB8 comes in. It has 8 strains of probiotics - good ones, not just "acidophilus" which is what you get in most supplements, or "bifidus" which is what you get from good yogurt. If I pop a couple of these things a day (14 billion live critters per), my gut pain goes away. If I do it consistently, everything "evens out". Give them a try. They're cheap (even at retail you're looking at 50 cents a day if you take two a day... in this pack it's more like 20 cents a day!) and have no side effects other than the usual "I just swallowed a big pill of cellulose, drink lots of water if I don't want mild heartburn" but that isn't the fault of the formula! In summary - GET THESE. Without them I'd be in constant pain.
