Halogenerator SALT1 For Halotherapy at Home or SPA

Recently I got my hands on the Salt1 halogenerator for my home salt therapy. Been using it for like 40 hours and here is the deal: Pros Packing: Came with everything needed, even the salt and the manual. Really shows they thought about what you’d need Build quality: It’s solid and the software is a breeze to use, didn’t expect it to be this easy Setup: No need for any pros to set it up, was up and running in no time Does the job: Honestly it works better than the salt rooms I’ve been to maybe its cause I can control the environment more at home Worth of Money: Considering the alternatives or what you’d pay for SPA visits this thing’s gonna save me a lot of time/money Cons Cleaning kit: Wish it came with a better kit for cleaning. Ended up finding my own way to keep it clean Durability: Feels durable enough so far, and glad there is an option for an extended warranty Miss the SPA vibes: At first I kinda missed the chill vibe of the spa but I’ve made my place pretty cozy so it’s all good now Final thoughts: If you’re into salt therapy at home the Salt1 is a solid bet and a sweet deal. it’s got a few downsides like the cleaning part but overall I am happy with it.

Save your time and your money

I purchased this with the intention of using it to help alleviate some COPD issues I've been dealing with. When first trying to deal w/ my lung issues, I bought a glass/wood essential oil diffuser and added salt water to it (because salt water in a plastic one will inevitably atomize plastic particles into the air too due to salt smashing against it constantly, and the plastic smell is noticeable), and I would just run it every time I was going to bed, so I'd inhale it constantly in my sleep - this actually worked amazing, my only issue was that the diffuser broke after 3 days because the fans on the bottom suck in salt-water and they break down. I decided, okay, I'll invest in a proper product designed for this, and so I purchased this item. This is essentially a salt grinder + fan. The salt gets ground into a powder and a fan blows the powdered salt into the air. The salt particles still seem very big to me though, as they would float in the air for a littlebit, but after about 10 minutes with the thing off, maybe less, all the salt was no longer in the air, but on the floor. I didn't notice any of the experience I had w/ the salinized air (where I would be coughing up crazy looking black stuff in the mornings) with this device- it was very much a non-thing. As well, I was having to constantly re-fill the salt supply of the container after about 30 minutes to 1 hour, so I wasn't able to run it while I was sleeping. This is an interesting product, and I like where the creators' heads are at with making a medicinal device, but for $1000 there is no way in hell I would ever recommend this item to someone, as I could just grind salt myself and blast a fan on it for about $45 ($20 for a grinder, $20 for a fan, $5 for salt). Maybe it's different in a salt room- I have no clue, so I won't give it a 1-star 'cause maybe this isn't designed to be an effective device in a small bedroom, but I honestly don't see much of a difference if it's a small bedroom or a room made of Himalayan Salt bricks- the particles seem too large, and they don't last in the air.

i've been going to a local salt room at my chiropractor and so glad to finally have my own machine. it will pay for itself in just a few months and i couldn't be more pleased with it. I bought the air gun thing they suggested to keep the fan cleaned out and it words like a charm.

Got the halogenerator and cannot be happier.... amazing product, comes with everything you need straight in one single box. Just read the instructions, get a tent, a chair, a book and start fixing your lung issues. Customer support is the best!
