Great product. They do take a while to heat up so opened one night before, then one next morning and then one on day of travel. Snakes arrived warm and happy after 15hrs.

I used it only for 3 hours today and it’s still warm 12 hours later. My tortoise was very comfy and warm ! I definetly recommend it & will be purchasing more for my travels !

Great product, as expected. Bought these for stand in case of emergency like long power cuts or for vet trips with my snakes and lizards. Used UniHeat before and they are the best out there. Seller shipped very quick and at a great price. Would by again from this seller.

Used this when I shipped my tropical fish from Oklahoma to Wisconsin in September. She arrived warm and well.

My electricity went out yesterday so I pulled out the heat pack and read the instructions, and even looked up a video online to make sure I followed it correctly thank god for data. The heat pack never worked at all and still has not heated up and it’s been a day. My ball python would have died from the cold if I didn’t uses my fire place to heat up the cage. This is awful and would have cried if I didn’t have a my parents fireplace to help me out. I will buy this product but not from this Amazon page. i’ve had seen it work, but my guess is this Amazon page is fake copy.

We used up our last ones in the last power outage. When the power goes out in cold weather, we pack the snakes up as though for shipping -- pillow cases in insulated boxes, with heat packs. Since we don't have a generator yet, this is the best way of keeping them safe until the power's back on. The long 72 hour time means the packs take a bit longer to warm up fully, but they don't get as hot as short-term heat packs, so they're perfect for keeping the snakes comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who has pets that need supplemental heat, who may need to keep them warm in an emergency. (Just don't put them directly in with the animal, you don't want them to break them open or sit directly on them).
