It's great, I rely on it. It really does work and you can keep on taking other meds. I use telegram and albuterol. Sometimes I supplement like oxygen or mucinex. Ive purchased these a few times from the site i saw them advertised. They were great but shipping was long. I decided to purchase them from Amazon for faster shipping. They have a mildew smell when you open the pack and a fowl taste. Both times I've purchased these from Amazon they have the same smell and taste. Will Not But From Amazon Again Complete Waste of my hard earned money
