Forget moist heat packs that don't work very effectively. My ophthalmologist recommended this little roller for eye issues like styes or chalazions, but also for soothing your eyes during allergy season. You wouldn't think something this small would do anything, but it works better than holding a warm/hot washcloth on your face and just takes a few minutes. Roll it under hot water, dab it on a towel, and roll it across your eyelids. This is my second one after I accidentally dropped the first and smashed the handle. The only issue I have with this new one is that there is a heart design painted on the tiny handle vs. a heart cutout, which made it easier to hold. Tiny but mighty!
