Milwaukee1pc 305mm Locking Bit Holder

I work with measurements every day but was still shocked just how long this extension bar is when it came.I won’t have to use it often but when I do it’s going to get me out of those sticky situations where the only other option is something dodgy, invasive or the wrong answer for the job.Because of its length, it can help you adjust and tighten screws at an angle much nicer to work with.It’s very strong and solid; there is no bend or flex in it considering how long it is. The bits lock into place. I’ve used in my impact driver and my hand screwdriver and both work well.The only negative is that the bits come out if you slide it forward; in context, this means as you may be pulling your bit holder out from a hole, if the locking bit grips or touches a surface on the way back, you risk losing the bit BUT I guess the same problem could happen if it was reversed so I guess it is what it is.

This is not for that tight spot but it may get you to places where only 30 min if disassembly can get otherwise. The head is also quite large but the lock works well and my shorter version gets use frequently with great longevity.

Lovely piece of kit. Feels absolute quality to use. Hold the bits securely -mechanical not magnetic - yet very easily removed. I think it will last a long time.Recommended

The media could not be loaded. It's one of those - you don't need it until you really do, to get you out of sticky situations. I was definitely impressed with the quality. The bits simply push-snap into the holder and don't fall out. There is no wobble at the tip, even at this length. Seems to be made of very sturdy material. Looking forward to putting it to use.

It woks like a dream keeping the bit steady in hard to reach places,, I use it inside cars to get to screws under the dashboard……no more dropping screws
