Love these. Some socks cause contact dermatitis that drives me nuts. I've long searched for socks that don't trigger itching. These fit the bill. They're super comfortable and I don't even notice they're there. I also like that they aren't very tall - extending a few inches below mid-calf. Of course they fit a bit loosely because there's not a ton of elastic/spandex type material. But they're not so loose (on my size 9 feet) that they fall down. So I think they're snug enough. Because they're almost 100% cotton you definitely don't want to wash them in hot water. Washing in warm, I found they shrunk a little bit but not bad.

I am a woman with US size 11M feet. No matter what the promise on the label of women's socks, they will not be large enough. I ordered the men's size 9-13 of this brand and they fit perfectly. The cotton is soft with just enough Lycra to be snug around the foot and top band. I will order again! If you are a man with a shoe size 10-13, order a larger size. I like the cute and inexplicable brand name of 7 Day Otter!

I have been in search of cotton socks that I love for years and years now. I have bought brand after brand hoping for good results but no luck. I have been wearing my favorites until they are nothing more than threads. The problem is that manufacturers all think that we want a bunch of petroleum based fibers to make them more stretchy or that bamboo/viscose is somehow a replacement for cotton. Cotton socks are the most comfortable socks especially if you have very warm feet like I do. These are 98% cotton, 2% lycra. Just enough stretch in the band to hold them up without that awful fake feeling. Most manufacturers “cotton” socks are lucky if they are 50 or 60% cotton. These are medium thin cotton socks which I particularly like for summer. No thick athletic socks. No double soles that crunch your feet up in your shoes. When you wash and dry them they look like they have seriously shrunk up until you put them on your feet and they fit beautifully again. I have washed mine in cold water and dried on medium heat multiple times now and they are holding up great. My only complaint is that I wish they sold packs of blue so that I could wear them with jeans. I would instantly buy 2 packs. The other great thing is you get 6 pairs of socks for what I have paid for a single pair of other mediocre cotton socks.

Not that that's bad, they will be great on hot days, but not for cooler/cold weather. Good colors, good package, seem well made and comfy, but again, for warm/hot weather, and if you want cushioning these are not the socks you're looking for.

I got these for my husband and his groomsmen for the wedding day, and they all loved them! They stayed in place, were breathable, and the black was a true, solid color. They’re affordable, stretchy, and washed well—holding up perfectly even after the wash. 10/10 recommend!

I love these socks. They are thin enough and come in wonderful colors.100% cotton, which keeps my feet warm and dry. These can be worn as dress socks or as casual wear. If you are looking for new socks, I recommend these socks.RachelS.

They were packed very differently from the original socks, but still seem to be exactly the same socks. But some of the new socks twist around my foot while I am wearing them, which is annoying. And a number of the older socks, after just 2 or 3 washings, are developing holes in the diagonal seams on the sides of the heels. For what I paid, these should have lasted longer.So, the socks are still super comfortable, but I took off a star because they are getting holes so quickly.I've attached some photos. The wording on every sock says Ohne Gummi which is German for Without Rubber. I am guessing that in English we would say that the socks are latex-free.So:Pros:* Super comfortable!* Looks great!* Did I mention comfortable?Neutral:* Seems to be latex-free.Cons:* Not durable.* If these socks were durable, the price would be okay with me. But I'm sorry to have paid this much for socks that aren't lasting.----------Updated November 28, 2018: I bought one package of socks 4 months ago and the other 5 months ago. By now most of the pairs of socks have at least one hole where the diagonal stitching on the side of the heel has come undone. The few remaining socks are still very comfortable, but overall I am very disappointed. I'm downgrading this to three stars because the socks got holes so quickly. I wish I could find socks that are this comfortable *and* that would last!

They start out stiff, but after a wash or two, they're very comfortable and stretchy. I can believe they're fully cotton.
