Strong and beautiful rope.
My intended application is not climbing (I am replacing a rope to an extension ladder), but the rope really seems to be of high quality. I probably will never test the rope at its highest limits, but I am very pleased.

Good rope for the price
Good price. Packaged nicely. I was thinking that there would be no way that I would get the rope back in the bag; however I was able to get it back in without much trouble. I did not use the rope for arborist work, but instead used it in a pulley system to lift a large beam. The rope worked fine but did show some where afterwards. It is also fairly stiff but not too bad. One end started to fray which was surprising. I think it would work for occasional use but probably not something you should be use frequently if you are an arborist.

Thank you.
The reflective banding braided in with the rest is blinding bright to the person holding the light source, which is a fantastic feature I liked. I haven’t done a thorough product test and will likely never reach its point of failure. I HAVE been cutting lengths, stitching, and making eye loops for use with hammocks. These needed to support 600 pounds of constant tension with hammocks, full packs, a person, and camping/hiking/climbing gear for upwards of 12 hours at a time, and have performed beautifully for me so far. The reflective tape has a VERY low melting point comparatively to the rest of the rope and seems to form a charred part that doesn’t stick as well with the other parts. The outer sheath melts next and will form little pearls at the ends that will collect with each other while shrinking away from where it was cut. The inner core melts last and will form a very hard plastic dome over the rest, also shrinking the rope. I recommend using heat resistant thread and wrapping several times with suture knots on both sides of where you intend to cut; then using a heat gun or hot air (not a lighter due to the addition of carbon residues) to gently melt the outer sheathing enough to prevent fraying and expansion; cutting with cable shears, large mouth wire cutters or flush cut dikes for a presentable end. Once this is done, I use adhesive lined heat shrink tubing to ensure that the end stays tight and will not gray; the heat gun or hot air will shrink the tubing, force the adhesive into the threads and melt the exposed end of the rope a little bit as well. I did find the the outer sheathing of the rope was like a set of pants that was a size to big and was baggy over the inner core and I had to pull the excess sever times before it felt like it was suitably tight over the core. I don’t know if this is intentional or an oversight during manufacturing but for my purposes, I needed it to be a very snug fit between the different parts BEFORE I made any modifications. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and will do so again when I run out of good quality rope.

Good rope
A good solid rope, nice and thick so it is easy to hold on to when pulling or climbing, and looks like it will take some wear. Also nice that it came in a little bag of its own, not sure if it will fit back in there, but it is nice and makes it easy to pack.

Minimal stretch
Got this line for a dog line when camping. Just tie it between two trees and attach a carabiner to a leash and now the dog can move about freely around the camp ground. No camp ground is more then 20 feet so I have a lot to spare. It does stretch a little in the rain but not as much as the regular ones I got from home depot for the same price.
