Fun travel size dinosaur puzzle
I got this dinosaur puzzle for my toddler daughter. She loves playing with it even though I think it’s still a bit too advanced for her to figure out on her own. The colors and drawings are vibrant. The wood feels smooth and is thin and light, which makes it easy to transport. Some of the other wooden puzzles we have at home are a bit heavy to carry around easily. Note the size of the puzzle. It may be smaller than some of the pictures depict. I was actually looking for a small puzzle to carry around on the go to entertain my daughter so this was the perfect size for us.

Misleading Measurements
Although the puzzles are functional, the advertised measurements are NOT correct. I was expecting each individual puzzle to measure 11.8 inches x 11.8 inches not all four together as a whole. That was very disappointing.

Small but cute
You get 4 small puzzles. The wood is thinner than other brands. I can tell my little one has more trouble placing the puzzle pieces due the lack of depth to feel it out .Pro: cute, vibrant colors, small which is great for storage.

Disability Teaching Device
Our grandson has Down Syndrome and these puzzles are perfect for him to hone his fine motor skills. He has Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and both therapists recommended these puzzles and they are working out very well. We will continue to utilize these puzzles for him since they are working out so well. The quality is great, they are sturdy, they are perfect for his abilities, and for the therapy sessions. They can take a beating since he had a lot of trouble maneuvering the pieces very well.

Pieces are hard to place in slots! Very thin!
These puzzles are small which I honestly do not mind. However, they are so thin that getting them into the slots is difficult especially for younger kids working on fine motor skills. Some of the pieces were damaged and peeling. Will return!

Very thin.
These are really thin. Not suitable as a first puzzle as the products are small and thin. I would just buy one Melissa and Doug puzzle that is thicker and more durable.
