Fabulous Flip!!
Am loving my phone! Its sleek, compact, easy to use. The phone comes only with a charging wire, ejector pin and manual. You need to get a separate c pin connector if you want to connect ur head phones. I'm still figuring out the phone, so maybe will post in the new year as an update. But for now, it's quick, compact, comfy and totally worth it. The camera is super!!!

No quality at all
The worst phone ever. Display stopped working after 3 months, sound is to low.The phone's battery drains very quickly. Camera is not clear at all.

Just amazing
I've had a Flip3, 4, Fold 3,4 and 5. This has a good battery,lasts me all day Is compact and fits in my pocket when folded The outer screen is very useable and the inner screen is just right. At 2000 AED for 256 GB, it's a great deal. Folds flat, crease doesn't bother me and the only downside is the mediocre cameras... Would love a 3x or more zoom.

Samsung pay doesn't work
Phone is fast and you will stand out in the crowed, battery is fine you will survive for a day.. ny biggest disappointment is that samsung pay doesn't work on this... it says international version but not sure where... i ask samsung they said they cannot do anything about this as its not supported... so my option is google pay but it doesn't work on flex screen u have to open the phone unlike samsung pay it will work even phone is close....

Warranty already expired
The product is refurbished, as warranty is already expired when got connected with Samsung support 10 month prior to my purchase.

Knox tripped device
Great phone, but knox was tripped, so some samsung apps wont work like samsung health, samsung wallet, and some other samsung apps.
