I got this as a gift because I was scared my fiancé was cleaning the grill with a wire brush!!I saw the wires loose at the bottom of the grease pan and I was forced to look for a solution. This cleans safely with water , it’s reusable, washable and cleans everything up. Strongly recommend investment !

This product is really cool it says exactly what it's supposed to do as it was described washing the pads are easy just don't put them in the dryer you really can't go wrong I know they're a little costly but the other ones don't work as well

I’ve been reluctant to buy one of these for many years for some reason. But after accidentally burying my 10 year old wire brush (don’t ask), I figured I’d give it a go.The goodWow my grill grates have never been cleaner. I followed the directions on my Weber and got it smokkking hot. Loaded this thing full of water and got to work. Finding the balance between how much water was quick. Deep layers of grime seemed to melt away. It was very satisfying. I suggest working back of the grill to front to lessen the steam burns.The badIt just seems like too much thinking for a grill brush. I’ve used it all summer and have loved it. It’s winter, now what. Leave it outside not being used, I always have in the past with my wire brushes, but not what?Longevity - I figured I’d probably toss the head and buy another one for spring. So what the hell, my pellet smoker grates could use a deep cleaning. Maybe the issue was lack of high temp, but the sponge is now disgusting. Granted, that thing was grossss, but I’ll be tossing the spong and having to shell out another chunk of change (I can appreciate a good business model what I see’m)The verdict?I’ll buy another sponge and give it another year. Maybe I’ll use it more sparingly and leave the dirty work for the wire brush.

I am so impressed with this little gem! I was a bit concerned because I bought it to clean my pellet smoker and my grill. I wasn’t sure it would work on the smoker but it definitely worked! It’s amazing and super easy! I just heated it up and followed the instructions as if I was cleaning the grill. Only took about 10 minutes! It’s a good quality material and looks like it’s built to last. Strongly recommend!

I purchased this for my husbands smoker grill as an alternative to using a brush with bristles. This is cleaner is easy to use and works quickly on the hot grill.

OK, was worried at first it would just break up. I grill a lot, and I use a lot of marinated meats, so my grill gets mucked up. This product works well for the first dozen or so times. But then gets dirty and is not easy to clean. It is tougher to use as you have to keep a water supply near, and sponge part just seems to continue to get more and more bulky as it gets dirty. Almost need a brush and another bucket to keep this thing clean.

Like how it works. It has a good scraper edge on it. The steaming action it creates really loosens up any stuck stuff on the griddle or grill. It works great with the camp chef griddle and grill box. The only issue I had is separating the head from the handle. Ended up breaking it. Should have just put in the dishwasher all together. The plastic cap broke. Didn't expect it would break so easy.
