Can you remove the Lumbar Support? Im short and its uncomfortable on my back.

I have just look at my chair the lumber support is just a piece of plastic you could cut it that’s all I can do for you

Can you remove the headrest on this?

No as mine does not have a Head Rest. The picture shows one but mind has no provision for one's there is one with no headrest which should suit you. Cheers.
