Great TV from a reputed brand at a VFM price point
Just purchased so the short term observation is that this is a VFM tv with great picture quality. The sound quality is decent enough for a tv at this price. Same day hassle free installation by Amazon. Overall the experience from purchase to installation has been wonderful.

So far so good.
My television was delivered on 26/10/2023 and the installation was done by the service agency on the very next day. I saw many issues raised about delayed installations (some mentioned 15days of delay even). In my case, as per the guidelines mentioned in Amazon, I was supposed to get an email or SMS within 24hours of the delivery. Since I didn't receive any of such notifications after 18hrs, I directly contacted Amazon customer care (via Chat) and raised this issue. They escalated it to the service agency, and I got the message about installation service within half hour. on the very next day I got an SMS about the name and contact number of the service personnel and he arrived for installation by afternoon. So everything so far is so good. About the Television, it's very new and hence currently seems good. Sound quality is good and loud but cannot say excellent. You'll have to go for a soundbar with sub for watching thrilling movies. (Anyhow, for Indian serial watchers, it's more than enough). I'll try to write a review after 3-4months to explain more. So currently it's a good tv, worth the money, and inside the budget limit. So far..So good.

Pathetic service support
The service guy insisted on buying the wall mount from him. When I denied it, he was really unpleasant and did everything he could to avoid to install the one I had. He had not fixed all four screws for mounting. I'm quite disappointed in such poor behaviour and support. After the first day, the TV was not audible when connected to the set-top box. I suspect the technician did something wrong on purpose. No one in home happy with the product and support.

Best in calss for Value for Money
So satisfied with this decision between a famous TV brand vs Acer and as the second TV of home thpught to cut some budget and was ready to compromise on few points in quality n features.But Acer Smart TV surprised me to the core and what an amazing quality, nothing less than the famous TV brand and this becomes my favourite now onwards.Planning a low budget but high performance option I feel Acer has won that place.
