Works great
Even though it is a little looser than the old one where it connects to the beater but it's actually more snug on the top. Overall it definitely does the job

Replacement part works great!
The OEM version of this part failed after a few years and I couldn’t believe they (KitchenAid) didn’t sell replacements. I did an image search and found this after-market part so decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how well built this part seems to be, and it works perfectly with my ice cream maker dasher.

Works well, just needs a slight motification
I own a very old kitchenaid stand mixer inherited from my husband's mom (model number in the picture for reference). The plastic part around the metal post of the OEM one was stripped after multiple times of use. This one does seem to be better built than the OEM one, but it needed a little motification: I added two felt pads on the B side to prevent it from being tilted after having pressure on the spring. Overall, very easy to use, good value replacement for the original one.

Works better than the brand name
I bought this to replace the oem one that broke after 3 uses. This one works better than original in my opinion
