It fits like the original one and was easy to install.

Purchased this for a replacement on the craftsman wall clock that simulates a circular saw blade. The clock is unique, but the battery was not working properly. The new quartz mechanism was not difficult to replace but the hour and minute hands were a hammer and saw which had to be removed and re-installed on the new quartz clock. The hands were a little difficult to remove and reinstall, but with some tlc they came off the old clock and fit snugly on the new one. The new clock looks and works great.

There are a lot of variations in clocks. It is good if you know the dimensions of your clock. If you are not sure, suggest you buy the three-clock set that fits many variations.

The first mechanism came poking thru the box. A part was bent. There was a coffee pot in the same box so that probably did not help. The second one I ordered had a hole in the first bag but not the padded second bag. It was ok though, My son put it on the clock and it works great !!

The chart that showed the measurements for each size made it absolutely easy to order the correct mechanism. Thank you!

Works ok but comes without the second, minute and hour hands. The shaft is too wide to hold the old hands so although it works it was is a challenge to install. I took a file and grinded down the shaft to make it work but that took an extra 1/2 hour to set up. These replacement movements have always had the hands included, so that was a surprise.
