We had a gas stove and it worked great with our whirly-pop pan but moved and now have an electric ceramic smooth and discovered our popcorn pan was not recommended for a smooth top stove and my husband was extremely disappointed. I went on Amazon and found this resolution to our problem, not only does a great job of heating but we get beautifully popped popcorn every time and a added bonus of a clean and unmarked stove top.

Works fine but discolored after first wash
I bought this to use with my new induction stovetop for cookware that’s not made for induction. It works well so far, no issues there.However, the first time I washed it (by hand with dish soap), it completely discolored. It’s still functional, and I don’t necessarily care what it looks like, I just thought that was weird for something that’s supposed to be stainless steel. 🤷♀️

Wish I had gotten this soonerIt protects your glass top.I had no choice with this stove. Has isn't in my area. This gizmo saved our life. And the stove. 😁 clean up is now a breeze. We bought 2 other sizes. No brainer10 out of 10

Returning. Burned my pan
We bought a new stove and its induction. We only have 3 pans that will work on their own with induction so i got this for the rest of our pans which i love so mich and spent so much money on that i didnt want to get rid of them. I used this ONE TIME for about 5 minutes. My Samsung cooktop was making noises like it was heating and then turning off, heating and turning off. I picked up my pan and noticed the steel plate was being burned. Then i looked at the bottom of my pan which was flawless and it had a big chunk of missing finish that was now burnt to the steel plate. Would not recommend. I switched the food to a different, induction friendly pan and my food cooked fine. Bad buy. For sure

It works perfectly on my induction range so I may use different pans on my range.
I love that handle is removable with no obstruction so different shaped pans can be used.

Great idea
Now I can use my Visions pots on the induction plate. Many other pots with low iron can be enhanced too. It can also be moved to trivet to keep a pot warm. Even warm sheets before slipping in.

Will melt unmeltible silicone protector mat
Ok so we got this to use with our ceramic and aluminum pans on our induction cooktop, that I also have had a silicone protector on, as my husband is very rough on cooktops…. Ok it’s scraping my pans across them until it wears holes in the pans is his favorite cooking activity… and where as he could not kill the silicone mat on his own no matter how hard he was on it… this induction defuser seems to have been just what he needed to melt the damn thing… to my cooktop.

Idéale pour la cuisson
J'ai acheté cette plaque (j'en ai déjà 3 de tailles plus petites) pour pouvoir avoir une utilisation optimale de ma crêpière qui est assez large.Les petits pieds en-dessous de la plaque sont vraiment super bien pensés car ils permettent de faire chauffer la totalité de celle-ci, qui dépasse de l'emplacement prévu sur l'induction.Avec un adaptateur classique, dès qu'on dépasse les lignes de la plaque induction, chauffe moins bien sur les côtés. Ici, aucun problème c'est génial !Mes crêpes ont une cuisson homogène donc 👍👌
