I’m sure this is going to be appreciated by the people I have bought it for for Christmas . I was very disappointed to receive it just like the photo . If you’re buying it for someone who lives with you, beware , the surprise may be spoilt . Why can’t it be wrapped in a brown bag?

I bought a “luxury hotel get away for 2” as a gift for my wife. When I came to use it the luxury hotel stay was a travelodge at a motorway services. Don’t be fooled, I then attempted to get a refund and this has proven to be impossible and you will only be given a voucher for credit against another product. Avoid at all costs, the advertisements are light years from what the product delivers. The customer services is atrocious. Avoid, and book your service station getaway for a fraction of the price directly.

Bought for my daughter and her partner, both of whom are delighted with it as they can take three separate breaks or, hopefully combine them together for a week's holiday. Great and easy solution for a Christmas gift.

There are a few hotels included in the price but a lot more that there is a cost attached to them. It is cheaper to book the hotel direct without the voucher. The voucher £180 the hotel we looked at is another £153 but only £230 to book direct.

Perfect solution for the man who has everything they want. Service and reliability outstanding. Ordered late evening and it was delivered next day before 4 pm. Recipient suitably impressed with what looks to be an exciting break ahead! So chuffed 🥰

I logged in with my parents- whom I purchased the gift for - and most everything we looked at required additional fees to book. 1 we found was 3* that was incl. This isn't luxury at all. Deeply disappointed and a little embarrassed.
