The item was packaged to avoid damage.Arrived within good time.Supplied tools are good for the job. Maybe a plastic guitar pick could have been supplied as well.The screen has good resolution with a bit diffrent colour temperature than the original. All self-test results are great.Great unit would buy it again.

First of all plugged in before install and there was one line.so I figure I can deal with that so I unplugged and complete the install to my surprise upon turn on that one line turned into 3 bigger lines and the top half of the screen have not touch capability. What a shame I have not contacted the seller because I don't want any more disappointment but I do need my money back. Will update the out come of this situation witch will also determine my future with Amazon also.

Wasted time on purchasing 2 of these since the first one did not operate as one would expect. In short, lines would show across the screen when too much color was present OR if high Def option were turned on in settings. Luckily I did the install myself or I would have wasted around $500 on service fees. Replaced w a Samsung OEM model, which came w a new battery, and costs about the same.
