My wife has rhenards, ie poor circulation and very cold hands, so she absolutely loves this hand warmer/dryer, especially for the winter. We installed it next to the kitchen sink. It worked great for about 8 months, then quit. I checked power, etc., then got hold of [email protected]. They replaced the unit, no questions. You can't beat that for customer service!

Works fantastic!Its simple, quiet and installation is really easy.Has a hot function that you can turn on and off.Don't be fooled by the picture the cover is plastic and not metal.For the price its perfect.

Broke after only 8 months of installation. Don't buy this item.

So far, so good. My last Penso & Co automatic hand dryer lasted about 1.5 yrs. Let's see how long thing one last. Updating my previous review as of 12/20/18: This one lasted several months before it gave out. I will not buy another one. They don't last very long with normal usage. I need to find a longer lasting hand dryer without spending an arm and a leg.

This dryer is an excellent value and overall the product is effective. I did have to contact customer service and this is where the company shines! They were prompt in their response and solved our issues above and beyond.Highly recommend this product.

For the 15 months it worked, it was great. It was used in the downstairs bath in our home, so it was used regularly, but a 1.25 year life span is pretty poor.

I love it. It has only been installed a week, but I couldn’t be happier. It meets my expectations.The only difference is my husband opted to screw the dryer to the wall. Instead of using the mounting bracket.
