This extender was exactly what I needed to run a few meters of extra cable to my sons room for the LAN to reach there. Rather than buying a whole new cable and trying to feed it through the loft and floorboards. It is easy to setup - just plug in 2 LAN cables to extend the signal to teh PC or device you want connected. It fits nicely in teh cupboard and is not in the way. It is compatible with RJ45 connectors only. The quality is good and has been working for months now. Value for money is great as it saves on buying a longer more expensive cable as well as saves you time fitting it all.

Very easy to use ethernet coupler that can extend a cable. Great connection that securely holds the cables in place. Well made and a small size.

I set up a link aggregation (2x 10GbE) between two switches using two Cat7 cables but needed to extend both cables slightly with couplers. Initially, I used standard cheap couplers, but the switches failed to communicate. Then I tried two Ugreen 10GbE couplers, and everything worked perfectly. The quality is outstanding, the build is excellent, and I can confirm 10GbE data transfer speeds. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic piece of kit! I have a long Ethernet cable that is fairly damaged on the tip. This little product has saved me the hassle of stripping that out. Works flawlessly at full speed, just like the original cable. Highly recommended!

UGREEN continues to prove it's a brand you can trust, with plenty of other variety of products from them that I already own, I was purchasing this type of product for the first time without knowing too much but trusting this brand. Now, after receiving this product and testing it to make sure the speeds are as advertised, I'm very happy with my purchase. It all works with no issue and no slow down in internet connection speeds for me with my setup. I would buy this again as needed without hesitation!

Perfect when you need just a bit more reach, only used it with 10-20m cables and t it speed so I do not vouch for edge cases.

I was sceptical of this as in the past, every time I’ve tried to join a network cable, there has been a loss of speed or stability – leave it to UGreen to solve this and make a product that performs perfectly. Testing over a long run, it was able to maintain a solid 10Gbps with no loss of signal or speed. This is a must have for anyone who does networking and a great way to add that little bit extra to a cable without needing to re-run it.
