i returned another combo shower head that was missing parts. I`m glad i did because this shower head combo works beautifully and does not leak. It is made of plastic so you have to be careful not to over tighten the parts during assembly. A similar set at my local box store was double the price of this one and I doubt as functional as this one. I`m a happy camper!

This was relatively easy to install and works very well. The water pressure is perfect. It stays much cleaner than other alternatives I’ve used in the past. Not heavy to hold when using the hand piece.

Firstly it is a shower head. If you have never installed one or have any plumbing experience then you could still install this yourself with-in 15 min for the most inexperienced and cautious person (even a 5 year old could do it). The instructions are fair but easy enough to understand for someone that's never done this before. only thing missing in the instructions is to put a layer of the included white plumbing thread tape around the thread of the fixed shower head pipe coming out of the wall. Yes this is optional, but it really is an advised best practice. I won't go over install instructions as they are fairly straight forward and included in the box, other than the one thing I mentioned above. I would say build quality is average for shower heads in this price range, so unless your going to be abusing it then it should last for years to come with proper cleaning maintenance based on mineral content in your water (cleaning instructions are mentioned in instructions as well). One helpful hint. I show in picture 4 the front and backside of a part that while I do not know its actual name nor do I care to, This part limits the flow of water from the pipe to the shower head. Depending on design, it brings water pressure down anywhere from 1gal/min to 2.5 gal/min (this one claims the latter). This shower head was installed in my house in Virginia on a mountain which has terrible water pressure unlike my house in Texas. Removal of this flow restrictor (?) gives me better water flow at that house. the better the pressure, the better certain functions will work on a shower head (such as massage) and depending on mineral content in water will also help determine how often you should remove the heads and clean them. Overall I give this 4 stars. 5 for install (as it should be). 5 for easy of use and 4 for value for money. I know everyone cheeps out with plastic these days to save money, but I don't think threaded parts should be made of plastic when mating to a metal pipe (IMO). I would recommend this shower head as of this time and expect to not have to replace for years unless I do so because I fond one with features I like better which I am prone to do.

I know there are always questions about if you should buy a product or which option is better for your home. In my opinion, this is a great product! I did not experience any difficulties installing or using this product. It has a nice appearance and I am pleased with it's many features/settings. Also, the company's customer service staff reached out, via email, to me to make sure I had no problems or questions after receiving the product! As we all know, good customer service always makes the purchase, return, replacement, or installation of a product much easier and faster. Thank you AquaStar for a great product!

These shower heads have dripped heavily from the one that is not in use no matter which shower head is in use. Also, when idle for a day, the valve to switch shower heads becomes extremely difficult to turn. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

Well as far as the price goes its great. I got this so I could see something different when I take a shower. I was going to get the delta but when I saw this one I changed my mind and decided to wait on that expensive one for a while. Will update as time passes but its not the worst showerhead. Not sure if it affected the water pressure but my water pressure is pretty good here. I like the option to use just the handle or just the showerhead. I recommend it if your looking for a cheaper showerhead with wand. The delta was over 200. We will see how long it lasts.

Works great. I don’t have the issues others where having with the head falling off. Mine is very secure. No worries about that issue. Installed very easily. No leaks. It is chrome plastic so not sure about durability yet but more shower heads in this price range are.
