Made from coarsely ground bacon and carefully selected cuts of pork, this salami uses an old Romanian recipe and traditional curing methods. It is flavoured with a blend of aromatic spices. Giving it that authentic taste of Sibiu, a small picturesque town in the heart of Transylvania.

Each salami is dry-cured and air-dried. This allows its distinctive texture, flavour and white covering of Noble Mould to develop. Rich and savoury, this cured pork sausage has a lovely smokiness, delicate garlic notes and tastes absolutely delicious!
