Item was well packed so arrived in superb condition. A great product at a great price. But please make the assembly instructions clearer.

Given that there are toolboxes of this kind in the £500+ region I had to say my hopes were not high. However, I have been unexpectedly impressed by this item. It's possibly smaller than I had imagined (so do your measurements!) but the standard of the metal is acceptable, the drawers work fine, and the layout is both flexible and accommodating. I would have maybe liked one other shelf for the lower part, but apart from that this will do just fine in my domestic garage to help organise and store tools.

Really needed this tool chest and box I had tools all over the place and needed a storage unit for them and this unit is excellent Really happy with my purchase

Well i like the product it's a good size but only problem i found was that the padlock hole is too small for a padlock to fit

The item arrived damaged (dented and scratched) as per most of the customers who are buying this item and leaving reviews, it seems that there are few which will arrive not damaged. The quality of the item is poor and upon opening (after being offered £30.00 refund to keep the damaged item), the drawers fell out and even more parts were damaged. The instructions are printed in such a poor way that makes it hard to read, the steps stop at one point and just don't carry on. The build quality is terrible and the item is cheap. We have been now awaiting a collection of the damaged item for two weeks and keep being promised that the item will be collected and wait around all day and the courier never shows up. This type of selling should not be allowed on Amazon. Defective from the beginning, falling to pieces, poor quality and bad instructions with even worse customer service. Please avoid and save yourself the hassle.
