There are 200 filters in this little box, so much better value than the bigger ones that go in a regular coffee maker (also, my xl press came with a bunch of them that lasted a few months). These fit the XL version so be mindful of that--I don't know if they fit the smaller one. I like that they are thin and small so I can put them in the little compost bin - filters aren't the best thing for the environment, but a doc also said filters help with keeping the cholesterol raising oils or particles (or whatever) out of the coffee, so there's that, and these are very small so I feel a little less ick about it. These are easy to store since the box is so small, and there won't be a big box to put in the landfill. They're durable. The water flows through them as it should. Easy to use.

If you have an aeropress xl these are a must have. After trying to use one of the metal filters to save money I went back to the paper filter. They just work and don't leave as much of the fine sediment that the metal filters do.
